Enpar Steels was founded in 2010 under the vision and guidance of Shri Murari Kainya. With more than three decades in the steel trade, he brings an exceptional understanding of the industry and its market dynamics — built from years of hands-on experience since the very start of his career.

His knowledge spans the complete steel value chain, from mill production and quality control to logistics and resource management. He keeps a close eye on emerging trends and technologies, and uses that insight to recommend practical, innovative solutions that add real value to customers' businesses. His belief in fair dealing and lasting relationships remains the foundation of Enpar's culture.

Mr. Amit Kainya holds an MBA and brings over 15 years of experience in the steel industry, including managerial roles with major steel corporations. He has led projects and teams, streamlined processes, and driven change initiatives that improved both productivity and profitability.

At Enpar, he drives the company's strategy, operations and growth. A people-focused leader, he brings out the best in his team and keeps everyone aligned on shared goals. He is passionate about innovation, strong customer relationships and creating new opportunities for growth.

Mrs. Nisha Kainya serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Enpar Steels, steering organizational governance, administrative excellence, and operational management. With a forward-thinking leadership approach, she plays an instrumental role in driving the company's business initiatives and ensuring streamlined corporate performance across all divisions.

Her focus on team empowerment, digital modernization, and strong stakeholder relationships fosters a culture of reliability and high standards.
